The details are as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><b>Service Quality:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The service offered by CreatiV\u00ednculo does not meet the promised or expected quality standards.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><b>Inaccurate Description:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The service or product does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><b>Order Errors:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Providing a service different from the one requested by the customer.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><b>Delivery Delays:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Significant delays that affect the utility or relevance of the service for the customer.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><b>Lack of Correspondence:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The service provided does not meet the requirements established in the contract or order.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Additionally, if any issues arise with the service, such as non-compliance, inconsistency, partiality, defects, or customer dissatisfaction, the service can be canceled by mutual agreement. In such circumstances, the amount retained as a guarantee may be refunded to the customer, meaning the amount that has not been released to the professional by the customer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the event of cancellation and refund to the customer, the amount will be credited to the account registered with CreatiV\u00ednculo according to the payment method used in the original transaction. The customer can then choose to use the credit for future services or request a refund to their bank account.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Customer must comply with the payment process established by CreatiV\u00ednculo. If the Customer sends funds to CreatiV\u00ednculo and subsequently requests a cancellation through an external financial entity without first contacting CreatiV\u00ednculo, they will be responsible for the costs associated with such cancellation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The right to a refund will only apply if the Customer has made the payment for the Services as specified in the order, including all relevant fees.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any costs associated with processing the refund will be borne exclusively by the Customer. These charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><b> Conditions for Refunds<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Depending on the Service offered by CreatiV\u00ednculo, the Customer must comply with the following conditions:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Refund Form:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The Customer must complete a Refund Form and send it to atencion@creativinculo.com from the email address associated with their account at CreatiV\u00ednculo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Response:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> CreatiV\u00ednculo will manage the Refund Form submitted by the Customer as soon as possible within a reasonable time frame. Response times may vary depending on the reasons for the refund and workload. In any case, CreatiV\u00ednculo will inform the Customer about the outcome of their request. The Customer can also contact the support department, available 24\/7, for updates on their request.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the customer requests a refund, it will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><b>Credit Card Payments:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> For credit card payments made in the last 15 to 30 days, the refund will be made to the same card.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><b>Debit Card Payments:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> For debit card payments made in the last 10 to 15 days, the refund will be made to the same card.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><b>Payments Over 180 Days:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> If the payment was made more than 180 days ago and the payment processor no longer allows refunds (variable depending on the processor, between 180 and 365 days), the refund will be made to the information provided by the customer, as long as the details correspond to the original purchaser.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>Notes:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Refunds will not be made if the Customer has received the services contracted according to their order and is completely satisfied with them. However, if the Customer changes their mind and wishes to return the already provided service, CreatiV\u00ednculo cannot process the refund since the service has been fulfilled as agreed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In exceptional situations, CreatiV\u00ednculo reserves the right to evaluate each case individually and offer alternative solutions, such as adjustments to the provided services or credits for future projects.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the payment method used has been canceled or replaced, the customer must contact their service provider to verify how the refund will be handled in this case.
