REFUND POLICY

 

At CreatiVínculo, we strive to offer services of the highest quality, so our Refund Policy (the “Policy”) is designed to provide clarity and transparency in the refund process, ensuring a fair and consistent experience for all CreatiVínculo customers.

  1. Reasons for Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

CreatiVínculo provides the Customer with various reasons for non-compliance that may lead to the need to use this Policy. The details are as follows:

  1. Service Quality: The service offered by CreatiVínculo does not meet the promised or expected quality standards.
  2. Inaccurate Description: The service or product does not match the description provided at the time of purchase. 
  3. Order Errors: Providing a service different from the one requested by the customer. 
  4. Delivery Delays: Significant delays that affect the utility or relevance of the service for the customer. 
  5. Lack of Correspondence: The service provided does not meet the requirements established in the contract or order.

Additionally, if any issues arise with the service, such as non-compliance, inconsistency, partiality, defects, or customer dissatisfaction, the service can be canceled by mutual agreement. In such circumstances, the amount retained as a guarantee may be refunded to the customer, meaning the amount that has not been released to the professional by the customer.

In the event of cancellation and refund to the customer, the amount will be credited to the account registered with CreatiVínculo according to the payment method used in the original transaction. The customer can then choose to use the credit for future services or request a refund to their bank account.

The Customer must comply with the payment process established by CreatiVínculo. If the Customer sends funds to CreatiVínculo and subsequently requests a cancellation through an external financial entity without first contacting CreatiVínculo, they will be responsible for the costs associated with such cancellation.

The right to a refund will only apply if the Customer has made the payment for the Services as specified in the order, including all relevant fees.

Any costs associated with processing the refund will be borne exclusively by the Customer. These charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.

  1. Conditions for Refunds

Depending on the Service offered by CreatiVínculo, the Customer must comply with the following conditions:

  1. Refund Form: The Customer must complete a Refund Form and send it to [email protected] from the email address associated with their account at CreatiVínculo.
  2. Response: CreatiVínculo will manage the Refund Form submitted by the Customer as soon as possible within a reasonable time frame. Response times may vary depending on the reasons for the refund and workload. In any case, CreatiVínculo will inform the Customer about the outcome of their request. The Customer can also contact the support department, available 24/7, for updates on their request.
  3. If the customer requests a refund, it will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction.
  1. Credit Card Payments: For credit card payments made in the last 15 to 30 days, the refund will be made to the same card.
  2. Debit Card Payments: For debit card payments made in the last 10 to 15 days, the refund will be made to the same card.
  3. Payments Over 180 Days: If the payment was made more than 180 days ago and the payment processor no longer allows refunds (variable depending on the processor, between 180 and 365 days), the refund will be made to the information provided by the customer, as long as the details correspond to the original purchaser.

Notes: Refunds will not be made if the Customer has received the services contracted according to their order and is completely satisfied with them. However, if the Customer changes their mind and wishes to return the already provided service, CreatiVínculo cannot process the refund since the service has been fulfilled as agreed.

In exceptional situations, CreatiVínculo reserves the right to evaluate each case individually and offer alternative solutions, such as adjustments to the provided services or credits for future projects.

If the payment method used has been canceled or replaced, the customer must contact their service provider to verify how the refund will be handled in this case. As a process, we send the refund information to the card operator.
